Principle Overview

   The power supply is mainly composed of a rectifier filter circuit, a full-bridge converter circuit, a PWM control circuit, a voltage stabilization circuit, a current limiting circuit, a protection circuit, and an auxiliary power supply circuit, etc.


   The inverter circuit is mainly composed of a field-effect MOSFET module to form a full-bridge converter circuit. When the PWM output control signal drives the power modules respectively through the isolation driver, two sets of diagonal tubes conduct alternately. A high-frequency pulse voltage is generated at the primary side of the high-frequency transformer, and the secondary voltage is rectified and transformed by the high-frequency transformer to provide energy to the load.


  The output terminal is respectively connected with feedback loops such as voltage stabilization and current limiting. When the panel switch is placed in the voltage stabilization circuit, the internal voltage comparator changes accordingly with the reference, and its error signal voltage returns to the PWM control circuit, causing the PWM output pulse width to change accordingly, thereby stabilizing the output voltage. If the load current is too high, in the current stabilization state, the current stabilization circuit functions to limit the output current within the set value.
